I hope the basket is good as my instructions for delivery were not adhered to - after ordering and noticing a mistake in the delivery name I emailed, then phoned you direct from the USA to make sure that the basket was delivered to Steve & Helen (no surname) then the address but you insisted on putting Steve & Helen Matthews - they are not married and found this offensive.
