Ordering was easy
However, I still don't know if my gift was received in time for Christmas, despite paying for express delivery. I was informed after I ordered and paid, that delivery times could not be guaranteed - not very good considering it's a Christmas present. Your email states that I can track my delivery but the only info I can get is that my order has been dispatched - on the date I was led to believe it should be delivered. Not happy about this.
