This is by far the worst shopping experience i've ever had! I have requested to send a package to my friend on her birthday today and yet you have messaged her asking her to pick it up from your office which is more than 60 minutes far!!! I have paid for express delivery and was promised that the package will be delivered on the date ive requested. I am very embarassed because of your poor delivery standards.
